"Just the kindest, most empathetic people here! Loved it!!! I was worried about feeling"judged"because we had fallen a little behind in some ways of caring for our dogs this past year & one ended up with an ear problem :( .....my husband & I are both essential workers & we all know how crazy the world's been, so work & home has been it, minus grocery trips, for the past year! But I didn't feel anything but understanding & concern from every employee we interacted with! My dog is VERY energetic, but not sure of new people & places, but they handled him SO well. Hopefully, HE will like them a little bit more at his follow up in 2 weeks!! ❤❤❤❤"
