  • Cassie Mangum, Head Receptionist

My name is Cassie Mangum and I have been working at Oakdale Animal Hospital since May of 2013. I currently live in Magee, MS with my husband Mason, our 3 dachshunds Edwin, Ezra, and Emerson, and our long-haired calico cat Margo. I love working at Oakdale Animal Hospital for many reasons. The most obvious one is that I love animals, and I love getting to snuggle them every day. But I also love meeting and interacting with our clients, we become like family as we watch their fur-babies grow up, we laugh together,we celebrate the happy times, and we cry together as we mourn the hard times, that is something I didn’t expect when I first started working here. Some of my favorite things to do are spending time with my family, being involved in my church, reading, travelling, trying new food, and I have recently discovered the joys of having house plants!

  • Emiley Soulè, Receptionist

My name is Emiley Soulè. I have worked at Oakdale Animal Hospital since September 11, 2017. I love working at Oakdale because of my supportive coworkers and all the sweet fur babies we get to see. I live in Brandon with my two geriatric dogs, Daisy and Sadie. Daisy is an 11 year old Chihuahua mix and is my childhood pet. Sadie is a chocolate lab that I rescued in October of 2017. She is about 10 years old. Some of my favorite things to do are kayaking, fishing, reading, painting, listening to music, and playing with my dogs

  • Whitney Harris, Receptionist

Hey everyone! My name is Whitney Harris. I have been with Oakdale Animal Hospital since April 2019. I live in Brandon, MS with my two dogs Dozer (Catahoula) and Rooster (Doberman). They have two indoor siblings Ivonne and Ivory, my spoiled kitties, who keep me on my toes. Although my time here hasn’t been long I have learned that interacting with our amazing clients and patients is my top favorite thing about working here. A few things about me is: I was born in Grants Pass, OR and then moved to Mississippi at a young age. I also have lived all over Mississippi. But I mainly grew up in Pearl, MS where I graduated high school where I found my favorite hobbies are anything doing with interacting with new people.

  • Halla Parker, Receptionist

My name is Halla Parker and I have been working at Oakdale Animal Hospital since April of 2018. I am originally from Jacksonville, North Carolina but I now live in Brandon, Mississippi. I live here with my husband Ethan, two golden retrievers, Tucker and Theodore, and two long-haired cats, Winston and LuLu. I love being a dog and cat mom and all my babies are very spoiled! In my free time, I enjoy taking my dogs to the park, trying new foods, binge-watching TV shows, traveling, and baking/decorating cakes and cookies. I absolutely love working at Oakdale! I enjoy serving our wonderful clients and working with animals. I have learned so much while working here at Oakdale and one day I hope to grow in the veterinary field.
